1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 25bd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting service available at 25bd.club. By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any feature of the 25bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

25bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age. The 25bd platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game offered on the platform. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use 25bd in any capacity whatsoever. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

2.2 Age Verification. 25bd conducts mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before processing a player's first withdrawal. As part of this process, you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — such as your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport — confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. 25bd also reserves the right to request age verification at any stage during account registration or account use.

2.3 Accounts Belonging to Minors. If 25bd determines or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended and subsequently closed. Any balance held in such an account will be returned to the payment source used to fund the account, after deducting any bonus amounts credited. 25bd will not be liable for any loss arising from the closure of an underage account.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility. Access to 25bd is intended for players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 25bd makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate in all locations. Registering from a prohibited jurisdiction may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of 25bd's services, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 25bd platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 25bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or game rounds, and forfeit all bonus and real-money balances held across those accounts without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password, authentication tokens, or account access with any third party. 25bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Accuracy. You must keep your registered account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your name, address, payment details, or contact information must be communicated to 25bd's support team promptly. 25bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending re-verification if account details change materially.

4. User Obligations

By using the 25bd platform, you agree to the following obligations, each of which is a material condition of your continued access to the service:

• Lawful Use Only. You will use the 25bd platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use it for any illegal, fraudulent, or commercially exploitative activity.
• Own Funds. You will only deposit and wager funds that belong to you and that you have obtained through lawful means. You confirm that your deposits are not derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
• No Collusion or Match Manipulation. You will not collude with other players, engage in chip dumping, manipulate game outcomes, or use any method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• No Automated Software. You will not use bots, automated scripts, screen-scraping tools, artificial intelligence agents, or any software that automates your interaction with 25bd's games or betting markets without 25bd's prior written consent.
• Responsible Gaming. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you bear full personal responsibility for the decisions you make on the platform. You are encouraged to use 25bd's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — where appropriate.
• Respectful Conduct. You will interact with 25bd's staff and other platform users respectfully. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct directed at support staff or other players will result in account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. 25bd accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits may be denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or Indian Rupees (INR). The minimum deposit amount via mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200 BDT. No platform-side deposit fee is charged on any supported payment method.

5.2 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and typically reflect in your 25bd account balance within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank normally clear within one (1) hour of submission during standard banking hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by 25bd's payments team in the order they are received. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers complete within 2 to 4 hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as major cricket tournament finals.

5.4 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete 25bd's KYC identity verification. This requires uploading a clear photograph of your government-issued photo ID (NID card or passport) through the account dashboard. Verification normally completes within 24 to 48 hours. 25bd reserves the right to request additional documentation where required by its internal compliance procedures.

5.5 Withdrawal to Same Source. In the interest of preventing fraud and complying with anti-money laundering best practices, 25bd applies a same-source withdrawal policy wherever technically possible. This means that funds deposited via bKash, for example, will ordinarily be returned to the same bKash number used to make the deposit. Requests to withdraw to a different payment method may require additional verification.

5.6 Refused Withdrawals. 25bd reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation. 25bd will notify the affected player of a withdrawal refusal and the general reason for it, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus. New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit at 25bd are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 BDT. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold specified in the offer terms at the time of claiming. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, and payment method.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins winnings, and referral bonuses — are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn as real money. The standard wagering requirement at 25bd is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of each bonus, which will be specified at the point of claiming.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. Slots generally contribute 100% of each stake. Live casino games, including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar, typically contribute at a reduced rate. Cricket and sports bets may contribute subject to minimum odds conditions. Full contribution rates are disclosed in the terms of each individual promotion.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. Attempting to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate any bonus or promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to harvest bonuses with minimal real risk, or arbitrage across promotional offers — constitutes bonus abuse. 25bd reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

6.5 Promotional Changes. 25bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress, except where required by applicable law or where the promotion was offered in error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 25bd platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 25bd reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action — including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban — against any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation. Providing false personal information during registration or KYC; impersonating another individual; using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Money Laundering. Using the 25bd platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or criminal activity; using the platform as a conduit to "clean" funds by cycling deposits through the casino or sportsbook with minimal genuine gaming activity.
• Chargeback Abuse. Initiating unjustified chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to deposits made at 25bd. Accounts with active chargeback disputes will be immediately suspended pending resolution.
• Technical Exploitation. Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 25bd platform; using unauthorised third-party software; intercepting or manipulating data transmissions between your device and 25bd's servers.
• Collusion and Match Fixing. Working in concert with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets; sharing information in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage; placing bets on sporting events that you have insider knowledge or influence over.
• Account Sharing. Allowing any third party to access or operate your 25bd account, whether for commercial purposes, as a proxy service, or for any other reason. Each account is for the sole personal use of the registered account holder.

Where prohibited conduct also constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law, 25bd reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your 25bd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion. Remaining real-money balance after pending withdrawals will be returned to your primary payment method on file. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available for defined durations (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or on a permanent basis. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. 8.3 Suspension by 25bd. 25bd may suspend or restrict access to your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law. During a suspension, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay will be restricted pending the outcome of 25bd's investigation.

8.4 Closure by 25bd. 25bd may permanently close an account where: (a) a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; (b) the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age; (c) the account is found to be a duplicate; (d) the account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; or (e) continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to 25bd. Upon closure for cause, 25bd reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account, including real-money deposits where the deposit was itself obtained through fraudulent means.

8.5 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 25bd will notify the registered email address before applying an inactivity status. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee as disclosed in the account dashboard, or may be closed at 25bd's discretion after the applicable notice period.
